It was just supposed to be a mild, family day at the Larimer County Fair when little Madison was volunteered for the time-honored tradition of “mutton bustin'” With all the innocence only a child could ask, the granddaughter of Ann & Tiffany asked “What’s that?” Hmmm . . .
