Friday musings as we await official announcement of our new pastor . . .
A cool photograph from space shared on Twitter by Astronaut Shane Kimbrough of the Front Range from Denver to Cheyenne. Kind of makes you feel small, but it shouldn’t. We are all very large in God’s eyes, no? He has a plan for each and every one of us – all we have to do is listen!
Pastor Bob’s message to the little ones on Sunday was to be the light of the world. From Matthew, chapter 5, verses 14-16:
“You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lap stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”
Friends, LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE today and every day as we go about our lives on this tiny little space we call planet earth.
